What is the return policy ?

  • We have a 60-day return policy.
  • You can request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 60 days of purchase.
  • Please order small quantities of LEDs and other products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.
  • Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition.
  • Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
  • Contact us for return shipping details before shipping any product.
  • Returns are accepted for defective items only, and will be replaced or refunded based on product availability.
  • All refunds are issued through PayPal. PayPal will direct refunds back to the original funding source.
  • Refunds and replacements are not issued until an item is verified returned and inspected.
  • COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
  • A restocking fee may apply to orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.
  • Customized or special order products are not eligible for returns.

What is the difference between Cool White & Warm White bulbs ? 

  • Cool White LED bulbs have a color temperature range of 6000 - 6500°k . Cool White is sometimes referred to as Day Light. 
  • Warm White LED bulbs have a color temperature range of 3000 - 3200°k . Warm White is the closest match to the color of a traditional incandescent or halogen light bulb. 
  • Traditional incandescent and halogen bulbs have a color temperature of 2700 - 2900°k.

What if my bulbs are installed behind a colored lens ?

If you plan on installing bulbs behind a colored lens we recommend using a bulb that is closest to the lens color. If you are installing bulbs behind a clear or frosted lens use the bulb color that provides the desired light color. Following these steps will give you the best color and performance from your lights. 

What happens if I have a problem ? 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a way that puts a smile on your face !

What is a cleared payment ? 

A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into the seller's account. If you pay using PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if you pay by eCheck your payment will take several days to clear.

How long will it take to receive my items ?

Delivery time is normally 3 to 10 business days after being shipped. International shipments my take longer due to customs inspections and carrier changes. This transit time does not include the seller's shipping & handling time. Transit time includes normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT included in transit time estimates. Delivery estimates are posted by eBay in the order details section of your account.

Are there any other fees on international orders ? 

When the item arrives in your country the customs service, a government agency of your country, may charge you a customs fee on the item. The seller has no control over this and is very difficult to anticipate. It can include federal import fees, state and federal taxes. They vary greatly, contact your Customs or Border services for more information.

What if I don't have a PayPal account ? 

You can sign up for a PayPal account online, or if you don't want an account, PayPal will allow you to check out using your credit card. If you use a credit card, sellers don't see your card number. It’s safely encrypted through PayPal's server.

Do you really test every item ? 

We take pride in the products we sell. Each item is inspected and tested before packaging.

What do I do if I receive damaged items ? 

If you receive items damaged contact us right away and include pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will refund or replace the order.

What happens if I receive the wrong items ? 

If you received the incorrect item contact us right away with pictures of the item received. We will refund or replace the order.
